5 stars for the trimmer once set up properly. 1 star with any true help.I purchased to make my paper crafting business more efficient. There is a folded 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" sheet that acts as an owner's manual. Really not worth much as far as How-To. I had to find YouTube videos on setting up. The trimmer did not cut the last sheet all the way through. It took me several emails and finally a technician called to say do XYZ. Which is all a YouTube video said but I wanted some hand holding OR a detailed owner's manual.It required disassembly part of trimmer to adjust and re-assemble. Had to get someone in to help.They need to produce step by step instructions for 1) unboxing & 2) basic troubleshooting.The trimmer is AWESOME! any issues is really up to you to go find a YouTube video of an individual taking care of the "how to's".Not sure how useful my extended warrenty WITH tech support really is.
