I ordered brown colored ones and got pastel colors. Not a big deal but still annoying. They open wide enough but they are nowhere near deep enough to hold my hair. I have thick hair. I also have an undercut which means this isn’t even all of my hair. My hair constantly falls out of the clip. You can even tell somewhat in the picture it’s holding my bun portion not the back of my head because it’s too small. If you have a lot of hair look somewhere else for a clip. This ain’t it.Update: The company reached out to me and wanted to give me a full refund since I wasn’t happy with the product. Just an fyi I didn’t take it. I changed my stars because you don’t find a lot of companies willing to make things right now a days and I appreciate that. I stick by my original review, but if you don’t have thick hair I would suggest buying these. The company will back their product if you aren’t happy. I’ve also grown to love the pastel colors. I don’t use them to hold all my hair, but still cute half up and half down.I work in a hospital, and I have a bird at home who loves to chew on my hair accessories. These clips have stood the test of time with both of them. I've had them for months and nary a broken claw has occurred. It holds my hair up and doesn't come out. I've even fallen asleep with them in and they didn't bend, break, or fall out. I hope when I finally do need to replace them that this brand exists!These clips are great especially if you have thick, long hair. I love the colors they are totally on trend. I gave only 3 stars for durability because I have only been wearing them for 2 days. I don't know how they will last.I wore these claw clips while working in the Texas heat, and lord almighty I will never buy another claw clip again. I could violently shake my head as hard as possible and they WILL. NOT. MOVE.I tried it on my friend as well, who has much more textured and thicker hair than me and it still held!!!! Highly recommend you buy these. You won’t regret it.So far they have held up pretty well and I wear them all the time. So far I’ve only had one prong snap on one of them, but other than that they’ve been great.I've been on the hunt for a clip big enough to hold all my hair up.
